Frank is a local product born at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis Massachusetts and currently resides in the local Barnstable community. As a child he traveled to and lived in a variety of different states being the son of a career military father. Frank graduated from MacArthur High school in Hollywood Florida and went on to attend his first 2 years of college at Nova University in Davie Florida. He ultimately completed his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting at the University of Massachusetts with honors after returning to Cape Cod with his family.

His leisure activities include exercising, hiking, sporting activities and travel. Frank also enjoys fishing and boating activities.

Frank has had a well-rounded and diverse work experience that began in the industry sector as a staff accountant and accounting supervisor for 2 public companies in the construction supply industry. During this time period he acquired the knowledge necessary to be one of his industries leading small business consultants. After Joining DePaola, Begg & Associates, P.C. as a staff accountant in 1986, Frank became a partner in the firm in 1990. He also has a diverse client group that he currently serves in the dental, medical industries and other professional service groups, to manufacturing and leisure industries. During Frank’s 32 years in public accounting his articles on accounting and taxation have been published in the Cape Cod Business Digest and the Massachusetts Dental Society Magazines.

Consistent with DePaola, Begg & Associates, P.C. long history of community service and development, Frank has served as an Officer and Director of many local nonprofit organizations with a special focus on youth education and development. Additionally, Frank has served on the boards of organization focus on the development of the arts and cultural development in the local community. He also spent 16 years as an Osterville Rotarian and served as the Treasurer of the regional Rotary International Organization for 3 years.

Frank’s technical expertise is in the service areas of financial audits and reviews, personal and corporate tax compliance and planning, personal financial planning, estate tax planning and compliance and compiled financial statement reporting.
